2、程探讨。文章的主体部分由引言、正文和结语三个部分构成，引言介绍了激励在大学生思想政治教育中运用的现状，分析了当前高校激励运用的情况，指出了激励在大学生思想政治教育中运用的现实意义，阐述了论文的基本研究思路和研究方法。正文部分分为四章：第一章阐述了激励在大学生思想政治教育过程中运用的理论基础，从《马克思主义哲学》等理论中找出相应激励运用的理论基础。第二章论证了在大学生思想政治教育中运用激励是促使大学生健康成长、激发大学生潜能，促进大学生全面发展的两点必要性和国家文件为激励在大学生思想政治教育中的运用提供了政策依据、社会

3、对大学生全面发展的需要、信息渠道不断拓宽三点可行性。第三章归纳了激励在大学生思想政治教育中运用的原则，包括精神激励为主，物质激励为辅原则、以大学生需要为基础原则、抓关键时机原则、最佳时效原则等四个原则。第四章着重探讨了激励在大学生思想政治教育中的运用思路。论文指出，激励应建立在以过程控制基础上，分别强调对前馈控制中的激励运用、对同期控制中的激励运用和对反馈控制中的激励运用。总之，激励在大学生思想政治教育中的运用，是新形势下提出的新课题，具有很强的现实意义。关键词：激励；思想政治教育；运用ABSTRACTAsanimp
