1、腹腔镜子宫动脉阻断联合肌瘤剔除治疗多发子宫肌瘤疗效观察doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.16.40摘要目的：探讨子宫动脉阻断在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中的有效性和安全性。方法：2010年2月-2012年3月收治多发子宫肌瘤患者78例,随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组在剔除子宫肌瘤前先行子宫动脉阻断，对照组子宫肌层注射垂体后叶素6U后行子宫肌瘤剔除。比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、住院时间、术后病率、子宫肌瘤复发和月经改善情况。结果：两组患者手术均获成功，观察组手术时
2、间(65.30±18.05)分钟，显著少于对照组(78.56±20.47)分钟；观察组术中出血量(73.26+21.70)ml,显著少于对照组(96.25+26.31)mlo观察组术后肌瘤复发率(2.5%)低于对照组(28.9%),观察组月经改善率(95.6%)高于对照组(84.3%)o结论：对于腹腔镜下多发性子宫肌瘤剔除术，子宫动脉阻断联合子宫肌瘤剔除术明显减少了术中出血量，降低术后肌瘤复发率。关键词腹腔镜子宫动脉阻断了宫肌瘤了宫肌瘤剔除Curativeeffectobservationoflaparos
