2、0.4,固溶体带隙变窄,由3.2eV降至2.3eV,吸收光谱由紫外光区扩展到r见兜区。存甲醇溶h~(5omLCH30H+220mLH10)l11进行了光催化分解水产生氧气的反应,在硝酸银溶液(27OmI,0.01moI.1J,)巾进行了光催化分解水产生氧气的反应.在可见~(A>420nm)照射下,实现了呵见)匕响应的光催化分解水。关键词:相法;固溶体;可见比;分解水中图分类号:0643.3文献标识码:A文章编号:1001—4861(2010)01—0149—04PreparationandPhotocatalyticCharacterizationof(SrTiO3),_~(S
