3、nformationsimuha—neously.Adryfilmphotoresistlayerof35micronsthicknesswaslaminatedonthesurfaceoftheITOconductiveglassasaninsulatinglayer,andthencircularholeswithdifferentdiameterswereetchedontheinsulationlayerbyphotolithographytechnique.TheexposedITOelectrode,asawor
4、kingelectrode,wasconnectedtoanAg/AgC1refer—enceelectrodeandaPtcounterelectrodethroughaclampandameasuringpooltoconstituteaThree..electrodeim..pedancemeasurementsystem.TheimpedanceoftheDFP—ITOelectrodeswasinvestigatedbyimpedancespectrosco-PYtechnology.Thebiocompatibi
5、lityofthedryfilmphotoresistwasinvestigatedbyexperimentsofcelladhesionandcelltoxicity.ThebiologicalbehaviorinformationaboutcelladhesionandpI‘oliferationoftheA549lungcancerontheDFP—ITOelectrodewasanalyzedbyopticalmicroscopeandimpedancespectroscopytechnologyrespective
