7、thinafewMgOlayers.ItisalsofoundthatthesurfaceconductionbandstateoftheMgOslabshiftsdowntotheFermilevelastheappliedelectricfieldincreases,indicatingaFEmechanismdifferenttothatforCNTswithoutinsulatorcoating.ElectronemissionviathesurfaceconductionbandoftheinsulatorattheFermile
