1、XX大学毕业论文通心络对糖尿病左鼠心肌微血管炎症损伤及血管痉挛的防治姓名:2014年6月25日通心络对糖尿病大鼠心肌微血管炎症损伤及血管痉挛的防治作用作者:李晓,姜萍,姜刀华,张勇【摘要】n的观察通心络对链腺佐菌素(STZ)糖丿求病大鼠心肌微血管炎症损伤及血管痉挛的防治作用。方法38nSTZ糖尿病大鼠分为STZ对照组、胰岛索组、通心络组,另取8只正常Wistar大鼠作为正常对照组。正常对照组、STZ对照组予生理盐水灌胃,胰岛素组皮下注射胰岛素,通心络组灌胃通心络混悬液,共8周。取心肌切片作HE染色、组织核因子・kB(NF・kB)免疫组化染色。取心肌匀浆测定细胞间粘附分子・l(sI
2、CAM・l)、肿瘤坏死因子a(TNF・a)、内皮素-1(ET-1)>血管紧张索・II(ATJI),取血浆测定AT-IK神经肽Y(NPY)OsICAM-1采用酶联免疫法,其余采用放射免疫法。对NF-kB染色切片采用计算机图像分析,取其阳性面密度比值的均值以评价其表达程度。结果与正常大鼠比较,STZ糖尿病大鼠心肌匀浆sICAM-kTNF-a.ET-kAT・II含量及NF・kB阳性表达升高(P<0.01或0.05),通心络组降低(P<0.01或0.05)』夷岛素组有升高或降低趋势(P<0.05或P>0.05)oSTZ糖尿病大鼠血浆AT-II升高(PV0.05),通心络组AT-II升高(
3、PV0.05)。STZ糖尿病大鼠血浆NPY明显降低(PV0.01),通心络组NPY升高(P<0.01),而胰岛素组明显降低(P<0.01)。通心络组血糖无明显变化。HE染色显示通心络组心肌病变减轻。结论通心络对STZ糖尿病大鼠心肌微血管炎症损伤及血管痉挛具有防治作用。【关键词】通心络;心肌;微血管炎性损伤;血管痉挛;糖尿病大鼠Abstract:ObjectiveToobservethepreventativeandcurativeeffectofTongxinluoonmicrovascularinflammatoryinjuryandvasospasminthecardiacm
