2、储备。对于所研究的某个区域如一个省而言，除了区域内所有燃煤电厂所维持的电煤储备总量需要保持一定水平外，电煤储备在各燃煤电厂间分布的均衡性则更加重要，这是因为该均衡性影响每个燃煤电厂的短期发电能力，进而影响整个区域的电力供应能力。在此背景下，首先提出采用基尼系数、泰尔指数及标准差等统计指标来评价电煤分布的均衡性，并发展了详细的评价指标和评价方法。之后，对某省内燃煤电厂电煤分布均衡性指标做了计算分析，以说明所提出的方法的基本特征。并分析了不均衡的原因。关键词：电煤分布；均衡性指标；基尼系数；泰尔指数中图分类号：TM73；F123．9文献标识码：A文章编号：
