2、“Authorization”),withtherelatingmattersagreeduponasfollows:Article1.TermandFeesofAuthorization1.1ThetermofAuthorizationshallbefrom____________to____________.1.2AuthorizationFeesshallbeRMB______________________Only.1.3Paymentmethod:PartyAshallpayPartyB50%oftheAuthorizationFees(i.e.RMB

4、ization2.1TheVideoEffectsspecifiedhereinshallmeantheVideoEffectsindependentlycreatedbyPartyBwhichareclearincopyrightsownershipandabletobeeffectivelyusedonPartyA’splatformssuchassoftwareandwebsite.2.2PaymentoftheAuthorizationFeesshallnotbedeemedasconsequenttransferofthecopyrightsofthe

5、VideoEffects.TheownershipoftheVideoEffectsshallbevestedinPartyB2.3ThetypeofAuthorizationforusingtheVideoEffectsspecifiedhereinshallbeexclusiveauthorization.Article1.RightsandObligationsofBothParties1.1ObligationsofPartyA:3.1.1PartyAshallhavetheobligationtoprovidePartyBwithitscompanyi

6、nformationoranyotherinformationwhichPartyBrequestsasnecessary.1.2RightsofPartyA:3.2.1AfterPartyBdeliverstheVideoEffectsthatitcreates,PartyAshallhavetherighttoraiseanyreasonableadvicesforrevisionthereto,andPartyBshallmakefulleffortstosatisfyPartyA’srequirementsonproductionoftheVideoEf

7、fects.3.2.2PartyAshallhavetherighttoaudittheVideoEffectsprovidedbyPartyB.OncetheVideoEffectsarepublished,PartyAmayrequestPartyBforreasonablerevisiontheretoordisusetheVideoEffectsatitssolediscretionbasedonthemarketsituations.PartyAshallhavetherighttorevisetheVideoEffectsaccordingtothe
