1、主席团工作职责1.主席团接受院团委的指导，主席对团委、学生会全面负责，主持院团委、学生会日常行政工作，传达上级指示精神2.主席团带领团委、学生会各部门具体实施上级领导和校团委的各项工作，并及时将工作进度向书记、副书记汇报3.对外主席团带领团委、学生会加强与校学生会、其他各院系、其他高校学生会的交流4.主席牵头主席团其他常委围绕院团委工作计划和重点负责制定学生会年度工作计划、总体规划和活动安排，负责组织安排团委、学生会重大活动和主要工作，督促各部门完成各自的工作5.对内做好学生会内部建设，抓好团委学生会组织建设、机构建设，布置、检查、督促各部门工作；抓好干部管理和经费使用情况等，负责协调好
