2、electin的表达。应用流式细胞术(floweytometry，FCM)定量检测45例结直肠癌组织和17例正常结直肠黏膜组织中L-selectin的含量。结果结直肠癌组织中L．selectin阳性率及表达量均明显高于癌旁正常黏膜组(P<0．05)；有淋巴转移组明显高于无转移组(P<0．05)；TNM分期中Ⅲ+Ⅳ期组明显高于I+Ⅱ期组(P<0．05)。结论L—seleetin在结直肠癌中的表达与结直肠癌的发生、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关，其可能参与结直肠癌发生及淋巴结转移过程。关键词：结直肠肿瘤；L一选择素；淋巴结转移；免疫组织化学；流式细胞术中
