2、11摘要：目的调查奥西某水泥公司水泥粉磨站的工艺特点、职业病危害因素的种类及浓(强)度，提出相应的控制措施。方法对水泥粉磨站的工艺流程、职业病危害因素种类及现场检测的资料进行收集、整理与分析。结果该水泥粉磨站工艺特点为采用新技术设备。职业病危害因素主要是粉尘(水泥尘、矽尘、石灰石粉尘、石膏粉尘和熟料尘)和噪声2类。粉尘时间加权平均(TWA)浓度范围0．3～44．4ms／m，超标率53．3％；短时间接触浓度(STEL)范围0．3～68．0ms／m，超标率19．0％。水泥粉尘浓度超标38．9％～58．

3、3％，熟料尘浓度超标11．1％一33．3％，矽尘、石灰石粉尘和石膏粉尘浓度均在国家职业卫生限值范围内。作业岗位的个体噪声强度为78．9～86．4dB(A)，超标率为16．7％。结论该项目职业病危害因素为水泥粉尘、熟料粉尘和噪声。对此提出了职业病危害预防控制措施和管理措施，以保护劳动者身体健康。关键词：水泥粉磨站；职业病危害因素；现场检测；评价；控制措施中国图书资料分类号：R13文献标识码：B文章编号：1004—1257【2013)02—0158—03Investigationandcontrolm
