4、melittletreeswereplacedroundalittlelooking-glass,whichwastorepresentaclearlake.Waxenswansswamonthislake,andweremirroredinit.Thiswasallverypretty;buttheprettiestofallwasalittlelady,whostoodattheopendoorofthecastle;shewasalsocutoutinpaper,butshehadadressoftheclearestgauze,andalitt
5、lenarrowblueribbonoverhershoulders,thatlookedlikeascarf;andinthemiddleofthisribbonwasashiningtinselroseasbigasherwholeface.Thelittleladystretchedoutbothherarms,forshewasadancer;andthensheliftedonelegsohighthattheTinSoldiercouldnotseeitatall,andthoughtthat,likehimself,shehadbuton
