1、利凡诺及利凡诺联合米非司酮在妊娠中期引产中的临床疗效分析［摘要］目的探讨利凡诺及利凡诺联合米非司酮对中期妊娠引产的临床疗效。方法随机选择2011年6月〜2012年12月来武汉大学中南医院就诊的100例妊娠中期引产患者，将其平均分成两组，每组50例，一组接受经羊膜腔注入利凡诺100mg(利凡诺组)，另一组口服米非司酮150mg,同时经羊膜腔注入利凡诺100mg(联合用药组)。采用SPSS17.0统计软件，利用t检验和x2检验统计方法对两组在患者年龄、胎龄、引产时间、成功引产率等方面进行比较。结果联合用药组的平均引产时间为(16.6±6.9)h,明显少于利凡诺组［(30.1±13

2、.3)h］(P<0.001)0联合用药组有42例(84%)完全引产，50例(100%)成功引产，而利凡诺组有35例(70%)完全引产，45例(90%)成功引产，差异均有统计学意义(卩〈0.05)o结论利凡诺联合米非司酮在妊娠中期引产时可以缩短引产时间，提高了引产成功率，同时减少了并发症的发生。［关键词］米非司酮；利凡诺；妊娠中期；羊膜腔［屮图分类号］R71［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1673-7210(2014)02(a)-0049-03ClinicalanalysisofEthacridinemixedwithMifepristoneinsecondtrimesterabo
