1、大鼠背根神经节植入碘125粒子治疗神经病理性痛:可微损伤节内细胞但不会影响后肢功能?碘125放射治疗可降低癌症患者的痛感。考虑到脊髓背根神经节在外周感觉传导中起着重耍作用,中国医学科学院放射医学研究所张腾达所在团队,设计了使用放射性粒子碘125植入大鼠L5背根神经节后降低神经病理性疼痛。结果证实,大鼠L5背根神经节植入碘125后可致疼痛的阈值升高,尽管会出现背根神经节细胞的微损伤,但并未影响后肢的运动功能。文章发表在《中国神经再生研究(英文版)》杂志2014年6月第12期。透射电镜下显示,大鼠L5背
