2、标准,结合多年来的实践经验,在陕西省送变电工程公司的配合下编制了本规程。本规程的部分内容与《电力建设安全工作规程》(架空电力线路部分)、《电业安全工作规程》(电力线路部分)中的相关内容是一致的。本规程采用的常用数据计算方法、常用数据在附录中列出。本规程的附录A、附录B是标准的附录。本规程的附录C是提示的附录。本规程由国家电力公司电力建设研究所提出。本规程由国家经济贸易委员会电力司归口。本规程主要起草单位:国家电力公司电力建设研究所。本规程参加起草单位:陕西省送变电工程公司。本规程主要起草人:高金钟、张冲、胡凤英、喻进、崔赤、王克英。本规程由国家电力公司电力建设研究所负责解释。目录月组A1范围·
