2、氮平进行治疗，然后比较两组患者治疗前与治疗后3周与6周的血清微量元素及BDNF、Hcy、Cor神经功能相关因子水平。结果观察组治疗后3周与6周的血清cu、Fe低于对照组，zn、Mn高于对照组，Hcy、Cor及神经功能相关因子均低于对照组，BDNF高于对照组，均P<0．05。结论奥氮平可有效调整抑郁症患者血清微量元素及BDNF、Hcy、Cor、神经功能相关因子，并且呈持续改善状态。【关键词】抑郁症；奥氮平；微量元素；脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)；同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)；皮质醇(Cor)；神经功能相关因子；变化Studyonthechangeo
