1、口腔种植修复在牙列缺损治疗中的应用与临床有效性研究【摘要】目的研究并探讨口腔种植修复在牙列缺损治疗中的应用效果。方法90例牙列缺损患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组45例。对照组实施口腔固定义齿修复，观察组实施口腔种植修复，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、并发症发生率、美学效果以及满意度。结果观察组的临床显效率为91.11%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P〈0・05)。观察组修复后的牙体外形评分、色泽评分分别为(87.73+2.45)、(87.84+2.87)分，高于对照组的(84
2、.13±2・82)、(82.78±2.82)分，差异有统计学意义(P〈0・05)o观察组的满意度为84.44%,高于对照组的64.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论在牙列缺损的治疗中实施口腔种植修复具有显著的临床疗效，可有效减少并发症的发生，提高口腔修复的美观度及患者满意度。【关键词】牙列缺损；固定义齿修复；种植修复D0I：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.05.006Studyonapplicationoforalimplantrestorationinthetreatmentofdentitiondefectandi
