3、二月二十八日前言本规范是根据信息产业部“关于安排《通信工程建设标准》修订和制定计划的通知”(信部规函【2004]508号)的要求,对原中华人民共和国通信行业标准YD5006-2003《本地电话网用户线路工程设计规范》进行了修订。本规范的主要内容包括本地通信工程电缆线路设计、光缆线路设计、电缆线路传输设计等内容。本规范以黑体字标志的条文为强制性条文,必须严格执行。本规范由信息产业部综合规划司负责解释、监督执行。规范在使用过程中,如有需要补充或修改的内容,请与部综合规划司联系,并将补充或修改意见寄部综合规划司(地址:北京市西长安街13号,邮编:100804)0原主编单位
