5、housandonly)fromthelesseeasfixededpositsecuritywhichshallberefundedtothelesseeongivingbackthevacantpossessionofthedemisedpremisesafterdeductionofdamages/shortagesoutstandingbillsforelectricity,water,gasandtelephonechargesetc,againstthedemisedpremises.thelesseeherbyconvenantswithlessorasfollowing
