2、疗粪检阴性的Wistar大鼠各10只9并设正常对照O其后观察动物毒性反应9于2次用药后第5d剖杀动物9收集各部位虫体9用解剖镜观察~记录各鼠活虫回收数O结果:吡喹酮组无1例出现反应9阿苯达唑组反应明显9阿苯达唑组与吡喹酮组反应率有显著性差异(P<0.05)O解剖镜下见吡喹酮组虫体损害较阿苯达唑组明显严重O吡喹酮组与阿苯达唑组平均活虫回收率分别为12.5%933.75%9两组比较有显著性差异(g=3.919P<0.05)O结论:吡喹酮与阿苯达唑同剂量治疗大鼠异盘肺吸虫病9吡喹酮较阿苯达唑效果好而副作用轻O关键词异
