1、第33卷第7期硅酸盐通报Vo1.33No.72014年7月BULLEⅡN0FTHECHINESECERAMICS0CIETYJuly.2014合成条件对聚羧酸减水剂性能的影响许永东,赵秋勇,陈小平,马玉刚(1.太原理工大学化学与化工学院,太原030024;2.广东石油化工学院工业催化研究所,茂名525000;)摘要:实验以(NH):S:0为引发剂,丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺基-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(HPEG)为原料合成聚羧酸减水剂(PC-1),讨论原料比例、温度、引发剂用量等因素对减水剂的分散性能的影响,利用Lo(3)正交试验得出最佳反应条件。利用PC一1的最
2、佳物料配比,运用氧化还原引发常温合成聚羧酸减水剂(PC.2)。利用凝胶色谱(GPC)测定合成的减水剂分子量:PC-1分子量为Mn=26990g/mol、PC.2的分子量Mn=19370g/mol,同时运用XRD和SEM着重对水泥水化产物CH及C-S—H进行研究:PC-1、PC-2减水剂都促进水泥水化反应,Pc一2对水泥后期水化作用明显强于PC一1,相比PC-1掺PC-2的水泥浆体28d抗压强度增长18%,相关性能测试也表明PC-2优于PC一1性能。关键词:正交试验;分子量;水化产物;微观结构;性能测试中图分类号:064文献标识码:A文章编号:1001.1625(2014)07.18
