5、浴中持续6s，造小鼠烫伤模型；背部皮肤浸入80℃恒温水浴中持续10s，造大鼠烫伤模型；观察大、中、小剂量丹参水煎剂对大鼠及小鼠烫伤面积及局部病理变化的影响。结果：两种模型建立成功，丹参水煎剂可显著减少小鼠烫伤面积，显著增加大鼠烫伤面积纸重差值，显著改善各模型动物烫伤局部的组织病理学变化。绪论：丹参水煎剂外用对大鼠及小鼠烫伤模型均有较好的治疗作用。关键词：丹参水煎剂；外用；烫伤基金资助：“十一五”国家科技支撑计划(No．2008BAI53B09)，郑州市科技攻关(No．10PTGS485—21)Eff
