1、第四章我国轿车分销渠道存在的问题与如何科学的设计和管理渠道4.1我国轿车分销渠道的问题在中国当前轿车分销渠道的建设过程中，由于受传统思想观念的影响和当前营销体制还不完善的情况下，还存在着一些问题。4.1.1观念上的失误一些轿车厂商普遍没有市场观念，没有从市场的需要出发去建立有效的渠道。另外，他们也没有树立合作、共赢的观念，只是把渠道作为其销售轿车的一种工具，需要时就极力奉迎，不需要时就见死不救，不能与渠道成员一起去同甘共苦；再有就是没有社会营销理念，仅仅把轿车当作一种代步用的商品去销售，却没有去进行一种观念、一种服务、一种管理咨询、一种解决方案的销售。因此而带来了渠道管理上的失
