1、世界最新医学信息文摘2013年第l3卷第25期论著健康体检人群8426例脂肪肝检出率分析李宪科，李世华，王元珍，张旭明，谢腊英，朱笛梅，卜立红，罗红，余梅(中南大学湘雅医学院益阳临床学院，湖南益阳413000)摘要：目的为了探讨脂肪肝的发生与年龄、性别等因素的关系。方法对益阳城区64个单位8426例干职工进行健康体检、B超及实验室检测等调查。结果益阳城区被检单位人群平均脂肪肝检出率为26．57％(2239／8426)；其中30岁以下组男性脂肪肝检出率为26．7％，女性为5．4％，两组比较P<0．01(u=14．738)；31～45岁男性脂肪肝检出率为32．1％，女性为9．9％，男女比较P<0

2、．01(u=l3．146)；45岁以上男女脂肪肝检出率剧增，且达同一水平分别为41．8％和38．3％及以上，P>0．05C=1．178)；脂肪肝患者有65％的血脂显著高于非脂肪肝者P<0．01(z2=333．395)；脂肪肝患者70．2％AI，T显著高于非脂肪肝者P<0．01(~=395．104)；血糖升高者16．8％，与同期非脂肪肝体检者7．3％l：h-~．P<0．Ol(zZ=21．754)。结论脂肪肝的发生与年龄、性别密切相关，其检出率随年龄增长而增加，男性检出率趋向年轻化，女性脂肪肝的发生可能尚与内分泌功能紊乱有关。关键词：益阳市城区；脂肪肝；检出率；临床分析中图分类号：R575．5文
