1、·药物与临床·中国当代医药2014年9月第21卷第26期人工泪液治疗白内障术后干眼症的效果分析荀红连金萍江西省上饶市人民医院眼科，江西上饶334000【摘要】目的评价人工泪液治疗白内障术后干眼症的临床效果。方法选择2011年5月～2013年5月于本院就诊的350例白内障术后干眼症患者，随机分为试验组和对照组各175例，两组患者均采用超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗白内障，术后对照组给予常规治疗，试验组在常规治疗的基础上加用人工泪液，记录两组治疗前后的泪液分泌检查(SIT)、角膜荧光素染色检查(FL)、泪膜

2、破裂时间检查(BUT)水平及临床疗效，观察用药期间患者的不良反应情况。结果治疗前两组患者的SIT、FL、BUT水平差异无统计学意义(0．05)，治疗后SIT、FL、BUT水平均显著改善，与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)，且治疗后试验组的SIT、FL、BUT改善水平均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；试验组的总有效率(93．1％)显著高于对照组(79．4％)，差异有统计学意义(xz=13．9073，P=0．ooo2)；两组患者用药期间未发现明显不良反应情况。结论人工泪液治疗
