1、中华麻醉学杂志2013年9月第33卷第9期ChinJAnesthesiol，September2013，Vo1．33，No．9ll3l·重症医学·异丙酚对急性肝衰竭小鼠肝损伤的影响李小刚景桂霞周荣胜朱宇麟李锋【摘要】目的评价异丙酚对急性肝衰竭小鼠肝损伤的影响。方法成年雄性ICR小鼠80只，1月龄，体重2O～25g，采用随机数字表法分为3组(n=20)：对照组(I组)、急性肝衰竭组(Ⅱ组)和异丙酚组(Ⅲ组)。采用腹腔注射D．氨基半乳糖和LPS的方法制备小鼠急性肝衰竭模型，Ⅲ组腹腔注射D一氨基半乳糖和LPS后6h内，每隔1h尾静脉注射异丙酚5ms／kg，其余组相应时点注射等容量生理盐水。腹腔注

2、射D．氨基半乳糖和LPS后1、3和6h(T)时采尾静脉血样，测定血清AST和ALT活性，ELISA法测定血清TNF-a、IL-I~和IL-IO浓度；腹腔注射D一氨基半乳糖和LPS后12h观察小鼠生存情况，采用颈椎脱臼法处死存活小鼠，取肝组织观察病理学结果。结果与I组比较，Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组各时点血清AST和AIJT活性、Ⅱ组rI’I．时血清TNF—a浓度、各时点血清IL-1~3和IL-IO浓度，Ⅲ组rI’J时血清TNF．a浓度、T2．，时血清IL-lf]和IL-IO浓度升高(P<0．05)；与Ⅱ组比较，Ⅲ组各时点血清AST和ALT活性、，r1．：时血清TNF—a浓度、rr2．，时血清IL-lf]和
