1、湖北中医药大学学报2014年1O月第l6卷第5期·38·JournalofHubeiUniversityofChineseMedicineOctober2014,Vo1.16,No.5鳖甲水提液对小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤的保护作用孔菲菲,李水清,李捷,叶晓川,刘焱文(湖北中医药大学药学院,湖北武汉430065)摘要:目的采用小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤模型,探讨鳖甲水提液对小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法昆明(KM)小鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,联苯双酯组(200mg/kg),鳖甲水提液高、中、低剂量组(相当于生药材36g/kg、l8g/kg、9g/kg)。各给药组给药30d,第3
2、0d模型组及各给药组采用50%乙醇一次灌胃制备小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤模型。测定小鼠血清ALT、AsT值。肝组织匀浆测TG、MDA、SOD、ADH、GSH,并取肝脏做HE染色及苏丹III染色观察组织形态变化。结果与模型组相比,鳖甲水提液高剂量组ALT值显著降低,SOD活力、GSH含量显著升高;各剂量组肝组织中MDA含量、TG浓度显著降低;鳖甲水提液高,中剂量组ADH活力显著增加。结论鳖甲水提液对小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤具有保护作用,其作用机制可能与清除体内氧自由基、抗脂质过氧化及促进酒精在体内的代谢有关。关键词:鳖甲;酒精肝损伤;保护作用中图分类号:R285.5文献标识码:Adoi:10
