1、口腔医学2017年3月第37卷第3期·253·生长因子释放体系的研究现状王若琳，葛少华［摘要］有效的骨再生需要在缺损局部形成持续的成骨刺激。生长因子可以促进骨再生，并动员足量的自身功能细胞迁移到缺损区，适时定向分化，重建牙周组织。但生长因子应用于临床尚存在许多问题，这些问题主要来源于生长因子的使用量和缺乏有效的释放体系。因此，建立有效的时空控制释放体系对于生长因子的合理施用至关重要。目前，常见的生长因子载体主要有以下4种类型:应用胶原膜实现两种生长因子序贯释放;可注射性水凝胶及其衍生构架;不同种类微球的单独和联合应用;纤维支架复合系统。不同的释放系统具有其不同的特点，降解和释
