1、2014年l8期科技一向导◇科技创新◇提高英语翻译质量的途径李淑景(河南化工职业学院河南郑州450042)【摘要】这篇论文是关于文化信息传递的。现代的翻译理论家大多认为翻译不仅是语言的转换，也是文化的传递。而且，文化传递这部分已经受到了越来越多的现注翻译也被定义为是一种跨文化交际的方式．然而“语言不能脱离文化而存在”，它是文化的载体，同时受文化的影响并反映文化。翻译时，文化背景不同常造成理解错误，从而造成信息传递错误。因此，要解决翻译中文化信息传递的问题，译者首先要解决的是文化的问题本文笔者从文化交流的角度出发，对影响文
