1、64广东农业科学2015年第l0期向日葵列当内生拮抗细菌LIEB54的鉴定及其对向日葵菌核病的防治效果王靖,邸娜,郑喜清,苏志芳,王海伟,路慧(河套学院农学系,内蒙古巴彦淖尔015000)摘要:LIEB54是分离自向Et葵根部全寄生性植物向日葵列当植株的内生拮抗细菌。为利用其对向日葵菌核病进行有效的生物防治,根据菌株LIEB54的形态与培养特征、生理生化特性、16SrDNA序列对其进行鉴定,观察LIEB54对核盘菌菌丝生长的影响,同时评价其在室内盆栽及大田小区试验中对向日葵菌核病的防治效果。菌株LIEB54与GenBank数据库中序列相似性大于99%的菌株绝大多数归于肠杆菌科的沙雷氏菌属。以
2、16SrDNA序列为基础构建系统发育树,LIEB54与各粘质沙雷氏菌(Serratiamarcescens)同源性最高。鉴于其形态与培养特征、生理生化特性,将菌株LIEB54鉴定为粘质沙雷氏菌。菌株LIEB54与核盘菌平板对峙时,抑菌带宽度达16mm,且致菌丝生长畸形,呈现不同程度膨大、分支增多及扭曲变形。菌株LIEB54发酵液室内盆栽防效达62.37%,对大田根腐型菌核病和盘腐型菌核病防效分别达40.29%和25.04%。菌株LIEB54在向日葵菌核病防治中显示出生防潜能。关键词:向日葵菌核病;向日葵列当;内生细菌;粘质沙雷氏菌;生物防治中图分类号:$435.655;$482.202文献标
