1、中圄县种犬擎学报222JournalofChinaPharmaceuticalUniversity2012,43(3):222—225长春新碱超顺磁性氧化铁纳米粒的制备及体外评价姚涓,熊非,朱子奕,刘建平,顾-7一(中国药科大学药剂学教研室;东南大学生物科学与医学工程学院,南京210009)摘要采用自组装法制备长春新碱超顺磁性氧化铁纳米粒,分剐通过邻二氮菲显色法和高效液相色谱法测定制剂中铁浓度和药物浓度,计算包封率;分别用透射电镜、动态光散射法对制得纳米粒的形态、粒径进行了表征;通过振动样品磁强计测定制剂的饱和磁化强度,绘制磁滞回线;以硫酸长春新碱为对照,考察等剂量的长春新碱超顺磁性氧化铁纳米
2、粒对人白血病K562细胞的抑制效果,通过四唑单钠盐法检测细胞活力。结果表明,制得的长春新碱超顺磁性氧化铁纳米粒包封率为(81.2±1.5)%,铁浓度为(104±1.4)g/mL;磁性纳米粒子呈球形,平均粒径为(83±1.2)nm;饱和磁化强度为53A·m/kg,且具有超顺磁性;细胞实验表明长春新碱超顺磁性氧化铁纳米粒比硫酸长春新碱对K562的细胞的抑制作用更明显。结果显示,制得的超顺磁性氧化铁纳米粒性能良好,具有一定的应用前景。关键词长春新碱;磁性纳米粒;包封率;超顺磁性;制备;评价中图分类号R944文献标识码A文章编号1000—5048(2012)03—0222—04Preparationa
