1、网上设备采购招投标以及评标系统[摘要]随着计算机网络的快速发展，设备采购也由原来的手工操作方式逐步转变到在Internet上进行"网上设备采购"的方式。网上设备采购系统不仅操作方便、省时、便捷，而且实现异地招投标以及评标，与现实的设备采购相比，具有无可比拟的优越性。网上设备采购系统的出现使得设备采购由传统的采购方式往利用B/S模式的网上采购方式逐渐发展，相信未来将得到广泛运用。本文主要针对网上设备采购招投标以及评标系统进行阐述，目的在于介绍此系统如何设计开发、功能的实现和所利用的ASP技术、SQL数据库技术以及B/S结构。借此与传统的设备采购方式进
