6、nalysis;21,responsibleforthesettlementoftransactionswiththeBank;22,is多晶硅设备管道清洗干燥方案1工艺流程1.1脱脂清洗工艺管道设备材料验收水冲洗试漏脱脂纯水冲洗干燥包封针对标业主要求的预清洗设备管道的不同和现场考察情况，清洗施工工艺划分为四类：喷淋清洗、循环清洗、浸泡清洗（槽浸法和灌浸法）和擦拭清洗。●喷淋清洗工艺a喷淋清洗对象喷淋清洗主要适用于容积较大的大型塔器、立式罐、卧式罐等设备。b喷淋清洗工艺喷淋清洗是一种循环清洗技术，在清洗过程中，将化学清洗溶液均匀喷洒到所要清洗的系统内
7、表面上，借助清洗液的重力而沿容器壁流到底部，使清洗液与容器内壁进行充分的接触，发生化学反应达到清洁系统的要求。通过调整喷淋头的位置，可以使清洗液喷到容器顶以及容器内壁，保证整个容器清洗的洁净度。喷淋清洗的步骤如下：（1）喷淋器和喷淋泵的选择在喷淋清洗中，喷淋器的设计是比较重要的，喷淋器的设计或选用不当将导致清洗液分布不均，产生清洗死角，直接影响清洗效果。常用的喷淋器头为旋转喷头。在被清洗的容器内部安装一个或多个旋转喷头，利用水力扭矩驱动喷头，达到使喷头旋转的目的。根据清洗对象的不同选用不同的喷头。在进行容器的喷淋清洗时，采用清洗泵站进行，清洗泵站采用
