3、nment’seffort.Butitseemsthatthesocietydoesnotquiteagreewithourgovernment—atleastthemajoritypeopledon’t.Theydon’tdiscriminatethembutdon’tthinkthemtohaveenoughabilitytodothings,either.Theyevensometimeshelpdisabledpeoplewhentheyareinthemood.Buttheemotionintheiractisnotthelovebe

4、tweenequalpeoplebutthesympathyfromupperpeopletolowerpeople.ThoughtheyheardaboutHelenKellerandStephenHawking,theystillthoughttheyweresuperiortodisabledpeopleinallaspects.Soifthegovernmentcanchangethesepeople’smind,thelivingconditionsofdisabledpeoplewillbegreatlyimproved,forso

5、mejobs,suchasengineers,lawyers,etc.whichneedmoremovementinmentalityratherthanphysiologycanbegiventodisabledpeoplewhoarecapableofdoingthatjob.Butunfairtreatmentisn’ttheonlyproblemdisabledpeoplearefacing.Somedisabledpeoplewholiveincountrysideormountaindistrictshaveworselivingc

6、onditionsandneedmorehelp.Someworkerswhobecamedisabledwhenworkingcan’tgetpropertreatmentorcompensation,especiallyinthebuildingfield.It’sbecomingareallygoodsocialproblem.Andalso,someotherproblemsmayinfluencedisabledpeople’slives.Solvingtheseproblemsneedsefforts—notonlythegover
