1、高层建筑施工中容易出现质量问题浅谈 摘要：随着我国社会经济的快速发展，高层建筑在城乡建设中越来越多，这些高层建筑的建设，充分得发挥了土地的综合利用率，有效的缓解了土地紧张的问题。但在高层建筑施工过程中，有很多部位容易出现质量问题部位。这些问题的存在，不但影响施工进度，影响工程质量，也会给用户带来很多不便。在此提出，希望能与大家探讨，共同推动建筑施工技术进步。在高层建筑钢筋分项工程中，容易出现不同级别钢筋混用，钢筋翻样错误，交叉作业及混凝土浇筑过程对成品钢筋的破坏等问题。混凝土分项工程中常出现结构混凝出现裂缝，如阳台、楼面、梁端等部位；
2、竖向及水平施工缝剔凿、清理不到位等造成施工缝接茬处质量较差；混凝土结构外观质量出现较大偏差等。在门窗工程中常常会出现门窗固定不牢固，门窗与墙体之间的缝隙处理不当引起渗水，门窗型材受损，门窗扇开启不灵活等质量问题。外墙外保温施工过程中常出现螺栓眼封堵不密实，墙体基层过于干燥，墙体有附着物、凸物等造成保温体系粘接不牢固，保温板空鼓和虚贴，锚固点不牢固，门窗口灯洞口部位收口不规范，冬季施工中砂浆、涂料等受冻灯问题。关键词：高层建筑质量问题钢筋混凝土门窗Abstract:withtherapiddevelopmentofour13sociale
