1、留学生研究生科研创新项目资助管理办法RegulationofthePecuniaryAidforInternationalGraduate’sScientificResearchProjects第一条 为进一步推动我校留学生研究生教育创新工作的开展，不断深化留学生研究生教育改革，稳步提高留学生研究生培养质量，特制订本管理办法。1.ThisregulationisformulatedinordertofurtherpromotethedevelopmentofinnovationaleducationofinternationalgraduatesofZUEL,graduallydeepen

2、theeducationalreform,andsteadilyimprovethequalityofinternationalgraduates.第二条 设立“留学生研究生科研创新项目”旨在探索新形势下的留学生研究生教育规律，改善培养条件，建立创新激励机制，加强学术交流，在留学生中营造科研创新氛围，强化留学生研究生创新意识、创新精神和创新能力的培养，完善研究生培养质量的保障体系，从而提高我校留学生研究生培养质量和研究生教育的整体水平。2.“InternationalGraduate’sScientificResearchProjects”isestablishedwithaviewtoe

4、nsciousness,innovativespiritandinnovativecapabilityoftheinternationalstudents,perfectingthesecuritysystemofthequalityofgraduateeducation,thusimprovethequalityofinternationalgraduatesandtheintegrallevelofgraduateeducationofZUEL.第三条 留学生研究生科研创新项目的管理职责与分工：3.Responsibilityandlabor-divisionof“Internatio

5、nalGraduate’sScientificResearchProjects”:1.留学生研究生科研创新项目由国际教育学院统一管理，国际教育学院负责组织项目的申报、评审、中期检查、结项，建立和保管项目与成果档案，接受与处理项目研究、结项过程中有关异议事项等问题。(1)“InternationalGraduate’sScientificResearchProjects”isinthechargeofInternationalEducationSchool,whichisresponsibleforthedeclaration,review,mid-termexaminationandcon

6、clusionoftheproject,forestablishmentandsafekeepingofthefileoftheprojectsandrelatedachievements,andforacceptanceoftheprojectresearchandhandlingofthecontentiousaffairsduringconclusion.2.留学生研究生导师负责指导、监督本人所指导留学生的项目申报以及项目实施。(2)Thesupervisorsoftheinternationalgraduatesareresponsibletoguideandsuperviseth
