2、解决方式，举例说明了企业文化和企业管理发展较好的企业的成功建设方式，以期对中小型企业的企业文化建设和发展提供一定的帮助和指导。论文主要研究了企业文化与企业管理的现状。首先阐述了企业文化和企业管理的内涵和对企业的功能等理论，并对企业管理的现状及存在的问题等理论作了探讨。着重提出了建设优秀企业文化对企业的深远意义。体现了一个企业的发展离不开优秀的企业文化和完善的企业制度。在现阶段，我国中小企业的企业文化建设应该提倡以人神文明添加一份能量。关键词：企业文化企业管理企业凝聚力企业竞争力16中国农业大学成人毕业论文浅谈企业文化与企业管理ABSTRACTCorporateculture
