1、Sub-Clause13.7-ContractPriceandPayment-Payment.Deletethetwooccurrencesof“56”inthisclauseandreplacewith“60”．ThepaymentcountTyreferredtointhisclauseisthePeople'sREepublicofChinaandthenominatedbankshallbeinShanghai．Sub-Clause13.8-DelayedPaymentTheFinancingchargesreferred
