1、第33卷第l期非金属矿Vo1.33No.12010年1月Non—MetallicMinesJanuary,2O10零维纳米坡缕石载Ag复合材料的制备及其表征李屹周元康杨绿朱湘宁张勇杰(贵州大学机械工程学院,贵州贵阳550003)摘要坡缕石/Ag纳米复合材料制备过程中,坡缕石零维纳米粒子各方向尺寸均在纳米级之内,与天然纤维状的一雏纳米坡缕石相比极易团聚而导致载Ag能力较差.提高其载Ag能力即提高纳米Ag比分是亟需解决的问题。本实验针对用于润滑油添加剂的零维纳米坡缕石栽Ag复合材料的制备方法进行了研究,对比了不同反应时间对Ag纳米还原生
2、成的影响,探索用含-NH2的硅炕偶联剂同时作为抑制剂和分散剂作用于坡缕石和Ag纳米粒子,获得零维纳米坡缕石栽Ag量较高的材料制备方法和较佳的工艺参数。通过TEM表征分析,使用适量的KH550偶联剂调节,在70~C条件下反应时间为30min可以获得材料中较高的Ag纳米含量,制备出的纳米坡缕石载Ag复合材料颗粒粒径分布均匀,团聚少,并且纳米Ag均匀附着在坡缕石颗粒上。关键词零维纳米坡缕石裁银能力润滑添加剂中图分类号:TB333文献标识码:A文章编号:1000.8098(2010)01.0070.03PreparationandChara
