1、维修班长岗位职责1、负责本片设备日常维护与保养工作，主持组织本班组单机大中小修，小改小革及临时任务实施。2、负责安全班组创建，业务学习、劳动纪律考核及控制出勤等和调节好值班。3、负责监督工长、量具专用工具、个人工具完好和零配件组装配和质量。4、认真贯彻落实检修施工方案，不得随意改变检修方案。5、有责任执行厂规、事业部各项制度，坚持原则并有制度之内团结本班组职工，树新风立正气，使班组永保强盛的战斗力。6、必须在当月20号前，汇总安全台账和个人考核台账。7、对各种票证办理过程进行监督，确保动火安全。8、认真过好当日的工作日志和检修记录，逐日消除记录。不排除由于是进行产品质
