1、FABRICINSPECTIONPoweredbyM.T.L.TheinspectionwillbeconductedusingtheFourPointSystem.Inthefourpointsystem,amaximumoffourpenaltypointscanbeassessedforanysingledefectandnolinearyardcanbeassessedforanysingledefectandnolinearyardcanbeassessedmorethanfourpointregardlessofthenumb

2、erofdefectswithinthatpiece.Defectsinboththewarp/fillanddirectionswillbeassignedpointsunderthefollowingcriteria.1point-Defectsupto3"2points-Defects>3"<6"3points-Defects>6"<9"4points-Defects>9"Anydefectofacontinuousnatureshallbeassignedfourpointsforeachyardinwhichitoccurs.S

3、everedefectsareassignedthemaximumfourpointsforeachyardinwhichtheyoccur.Example:regardlessofsize,holewouldbepenalizedfourpoints.Continuingconditionssuchasbarre,sidecentersideshading,rolltorollshading,narroworirregularwidth,creasing,unevenfinishshallbecountedfourpointsforev

4、eryyardwithintherollthatisfoundtocontaintheseconditions.Themaximumpenaltyforanyoneyardshallnotbemorethanfourpoints.PointCalculationAcceptablePointCountLevelRollsSelectionProceduresPenaltyPointGradingTermsofFabricDefectsPointCalculation:Allinspectorsarebasedonasq.yds.compu
