7、互惠互利、共同发展”得原则,经过友好协商,双方自愿签订此协议,内容如下:一、合作内容乙方就是通过甲方审核及授权,成为具有甲方平台业务代理资格,负责面向甲方平台客户进行平台业务推广、服务得法人单位或个人.乙方负责甲方授权办理得平台标准化业务得推广与服务工作,开发平台新客户。包括平台客户关系建立、向平台客户推荐与介绍平台业务、促进并完成平台业务推广签约、平台客户关系交接、催缴费用等工作,同时还需负责平台业务售后服务与促进业务提升等工作,包括平台业务得业务咨询、业务受理、投诉处理、后续服务,也包括挖掘与实现客户需求、培养客户使

8、用习惯、培训客户使用技能、提升平台业务使用量等。甲乙双方通过合作,共同促进甲方平台客户规模化得发展.二、甲方得权利与义务1、甲方有权对乙方得日常运营进行管理与监督,并根据乙方履行职责得情况进行考核.但该考核不视为甲方对乙方得任何认可、保证或担保;2、甲方为乙方提供业务规范指导、推广宣传等方面得支撑;3、甲方为乙方提供
