1、并列句专题讲练一．定义：由并列连词把两个或两个以上的简单句连在一起的句子叫并列句。并列句与复合句的区别在于并列句在结构上和意义上同等重要；而复合句在结构和意义上从句为主句服务，是主句的一个成分。二．并列句的分类 根据分句之间的关系，并列句分为4类:1转折并列句 常见的表示转折的并列连词有but (但是)，however (但)，while (而)等,后面分句与前面分句之间有意义上的转折关系。例如：You said you would come soon, but you kept me waiting for 2 hours. My brother enjoys reading whi
2、le my cousin enjoys playing sports. His father is a Chinese, while his mother comes from the USA. 2 因果并列句常见的表示因果的并列连词有for (因为)，so (所以)。后面分句与前面分句之间有因果关系。例如: She didn’t feel well yesterday, so she didn’t go to school. It must be very late, for the last bus has gone. 3联合并列句 常见的表示连接的并列连词有and (和)，
3、both…and…(…和…两个都),not only... but also (不但……而且),neither…nor…（既不…也不…）,这时分句之间是顺承关系或并列关系。例如：Itisverylovely,andIlikeitverymuch.4选择并列句常见的表示选择的并列连词有or (或者)，either... or... (不是……就是……)例如： You must work hard at English, or you will regret. or还可以用于疑问句和否定句中，表示“或者、和”。例如：I don’t like singing or dancing. Do
4、you like singing or dancing? 三、特殊的并列句1. 祈使句+and+一般将来时的句子Workhard,andyouwillpasstheexam.2. 祈使句+ or + 一般将来时的句子 workhard,oryouwillfailtheexam.四．考点扫描：a.单项选择和完形填空中并列连词的选用；b.短文填空中根据上下文的关系填空c.写作中并列句的使用。具体体现在两点：1.考查表示不同关系的并列连词and(表并列或顺承关系),but(表转折关系),so(表因果关系),or(表选择关系) both...and…, not only...but also…
