1、尊干爱兵心得体会篇一：知兵爱兵心得体会知兵爱兵--革命军人处理内部关系的根本态度在我们这支队伍里，不管你来自何方，哪个民族，也不管你年龄大小，职务高低，都是为了共同的理想而聚集，为了共同的利益而奋斗，相互之间是一种纯洁的、平等的、高尚的新型同志关系。官兵关系是军队内部之间最基本的人际关系。在军队中存在多种内部关系，有兵兵关系、官官关系、官兵关系、上下关系、友邻关系、新老关系，等等。在这些关系中，官兵关系体现军队的性质，是军队成员的道德品质、道德修养在人际交往中的集中体现。官兵关系处于各种关系中的核心地位，对其它关系起到决
