6、··························30程序··················································································313636摘要随着社会的不断发展,对机械加工产品的质量和生产率的要求越来越高。机械加工过程的自动化是实现这个要求的主要措施。自动化生产广泛采用自动机床、组合机床和专用机床以及自动生产线,以实现高自动化和高效率。对于钻削加工,目前国内所采用的钻床仍然为普通钻床。这种钻床的特点是手动进给,进给速度由

7、手动控制。这样一方面难以实现高效率的自动化生产,另一方面,工人劳动强度较大,加工质量也难以保证。另外,对于某些有进给量要求的加工,例如在进行钻削加工实验时,要研究进给量的影响规律,采用现有的普通钻床则无法实现。本次设计的五级自动进给钻床,则可以满足上述要求。针对这个毕业设计课题,主要进行了以下设计工作:1)主运动系统的设计。包括主运动转速设计,运动传递、装配结构设计、带轮、传动齿轮等零件的设计和电机选择。2)进给运动系统的设计。包括进给量的设计、进给运动设计、蜗轮、蜗杆和齿轮、齿条等零件设计。3)机床整体结构的设计。
