1、石墨炉原子吸收法测定六味地黄丸中铜、铅、镉——干灰化法与微波消解法的比较摘要本文用石墨炉原子吸收法测定六味地黄丸中铜、铅、镉的含量,并对干灰化法与微波消解法前处理样品测定的数据进行了比较。测定结果表明,微波消解解法不但能有效的防止了样品挥发损失,而且是准确度和精密度较高的分析方法。石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测六味地黄丸时样品用量少,灵敏度高,准确度和精密度良好,其RSD为:0.9~3.0%,加标回收率为:96.0~105.0%。本文的方法能够准确测定六味地黄丸中铜、铅和镉元素含量,具有一定的实际参考价值。本文所测六味地黄丸中
