3、connectiondispatchingrulebasedon"minimumwaitingtime"torun2elevatorsinparallelmode.Thepapergivesthebasicstructure,controlprincipleandrealizationmethodofthePLCcontrolsystemindetail.italsopresentstheladderdiagramofthekeyaspectsofthesystem.Thesystemhassimplep
4、eripheralcircuitandtheoperationresultshowedthatitenhancedthereliabilityandperformanceoftheelevators.1.1ntroductionWiththedevelopmentofarchitecturetechnology,thebuildingistallerandtallerandelevatorsbecomeimportantverticaltransportationvehiclesinhigh-risebu
5、ildings.Theyareresponsibletotransportpassengers,living,workingorvisitinginthebuilding,comfortableandefficientlytotheirdestinations.Sotheelevatorcontrolsystemisessentialinthesmoothandsafeoperationofeachelevator.ittellstheelevatorinwhatordertostopatfloors,w
6、hentoopenorclosethedoorandifthereisasafety-criticalissue.Thetraditionalelectricalcontrolsystemofelevatorsisarelay-controlledsystem.ithasthedisadvantagessuchascomplicatedcircuits,highfaultratioandpoordependability;andgreatlyaffectstheelevator’srunningquali
7、ty.Therefore,entrustedbyanenterprise,wehaveimprovedelectricalcontrolsystemofarelay-controlledelevatorinaresidentialbuildingbyusingPLC.Theresultshowedthatthereformedsystemisreliableinoperationandeasyformaintenance.Thispaperintroducesthebasicstructure,contr
