5、··········1011河北建筑工程学院现代控制技术及PLC控制前言0.1本次课题设计的目的随着科学技术的猛速发展,自动控制技术在人类活动的各个领域中的应用越来越广泛,它的水平已成为衡量一个国家生产和科学技术先进与否的一项重要标志。在机械、炼油、化工、制药等行业中,电动机的启动停止控制是必不可少的程序,而且也是其生产过程中十分重要的组成部分。所以为了更好的学习PLC控制,必要的课程设计是必不可少的通过课程设计可以帮我们学习基本理论在实践中的综合运用的初步经验,掌握PLC设计的基本方法,设计步骤,培养综合设计与调试的能力;掌握PLC汇编语言程序设计方法;培养实践技

6、能,提高分析和解决实际问题的能力。0.2设计内容1、设计出电气原理图2、设计出硬件系统的结构图、接线图3、运用功能指令进行PLC控制程序设计4、进行系统调试,实现三部电动机启动停止的控制要求0.3控制要求1、电源ON时,按SF4、SF5无作用2、按SF3,M3电动机运转,此时按SF5无作用11河北建筑工程学院现代控制技术及PLC控制3、按SF4,M2运转4、按SF5,M1运转5、按SF1时M1停止,5s后[PL2闪烁5次]M2停止,10s后[PL3闪烁10次]M3停止6、按SF2时M3运转,5s后[PL3闪烁5次]M2加入运转,10s后[PL2闪烁10次]M1加入运

7、转7、运转中按SF6全部电动机立即停止运转8、电动机全部运转,热继电器BB3动作,M1、M2、M3全部停止。PG与L4会交替响、亮(0.5s/ON,0.5s/OFF)。此时将COS切于2,则PG停响L4亮。9、电动机全部运转,热继电器BB2动作,则M1、M2停止,M3继续运转,PG与L4会交替响、亮(0.5s/ON,0.5s/OFF)。此时将COS切于2,则PG停响L4亮。此时按SF6,则M3停止。当热继电器BB2复位时,L4熄灭,COS切回1位置。10、电动机全部运转,热继电器BB1动作,M1停止,M2、M3继续运转,PG与L4会交替响、亮(0.5s/ON,0
