4、firmsfrommultipleindustries.Aspredicted,greedhasanegativerelation-shipwithshareholderreturn,butthisrelationshipismoderatedbythepresenceofapowerful,independentboard,managerialdiscretion,andCEOtenure.Thecontributionsofthisstudy,whichincluderefiningourunderstandin
