5、fPEGEnzymecatalysisincreasestheaffinityoftheenzymetoitssubstrate,however,followedbyadecreaseintheturnoverWateractivitynumber(kcat).Energeticcalculationsshowthatentrancepathforthesubstrateisfavoured,whereastheApparentspecificvolumeAdiabaticcompressibilityexitchannelisrestr
